When would I use this?

You have a table in a spreadsheet and need it in a document, wiki, or chat that only takes plain text — or someone sent you a plain-text table you’d like back in a spreadsheet. Copy it from one side, paste it here, and copy the converted version out. Tricky cells (commas inside names, quote marks) are handled correctly, and everything happens on your computer.
